IMPORTANT information regarding how the Auction works:

1.       Register for the auction - click on "Login" in the left hand corner.  You must register in order to bid.  Payment information is not required to register.

2.       Review the auction item that is up for bid.

3.       Bid on an item by clicking on the product detail - bidding is in $10.00 - $250.00 increments.

4.       You will receive an email confirmation regarding bid status; You may re-bid if necessary. Please be sure to check frequently on bid status.

5.       High bidder receives email confirmation with instructions on how to pay for item.  Payment must be made by Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal.  Payment must be completed by 5:00 PM on Friday, July 23rd.

6.       After completing the payment process, the high bidder will receive their certificate and can make arrangements with The Apartments at Quarterside

*You will pay online at this website with your credit card. Your payment is to Media WebConnect, which is collecting the selling price on behalf of the business sponsoring the item. Your payment is due immediately after the close of the auction. As soon as your payment is complete, you will receive a certificate to redeem at the business which sponsored the item. For some items, such as automobiles and real estate, you will pay the vendor directly. Please read your winning bid email notice carefully for payment instructions.
