Highest bidder will be contacted for payment information at the close of the auction and is subject to completing a community application and criminal background check before payment is processed. If the highest bidder does not qualify under the community criteria, the next highest bidder will be contacted. After this process has been completed, payment in full will be collected by Media Web Connect and is non-refundable. An additional $200 deposit payable to the apartment community is required at that time. Maximum of 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit of 80 Lbs. The community does not allow aggressive breed dogs. There is a one time pet fee of $350 for the first pet and an additional $100 for the second pet if applicable. There is also a monthly pet rent of $10 per month per pet. Current vaccination records and photo(s) of the pet are required. Lease is for the identified property only. Lease is non-transferable, cannot be sub-leased, and is final upon signing. CBS employees are not eligible to participate.
